Pickle Soup


Pickle Soup





1. Note: I use "pearled barely" and cook it in chicken broth or chicken stock.  This only takes about 30 minutes.
2.  Definitely use Yukon gold.  No need to peel them.
3.  Don't over cook the potatoes (they will have more time to cook as the soup simmers).
4. Mmmmmmmmm
5. You can use Tony Chachere's or any creole spice…you could even make your own…
6.  I use Gedney Kosher Dill.
